Built in the 70s this solid house has been the family home for years and some time ago it became a great refuge for holiday makers looking to relax in the countryside of the North of Mallorca.
The main house is distributed over two levels. The upper floor only boasts the master bedroom with a complete bathroom and access to a little terrace facing to the mountains. The ground level offers 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom together with the living area and an open plan kitchen / diner.
There is a separate building which can be converted into a complete guest house.
